Logan O’Neal, O.D.

Weber Doctor

Dr. O’Neal grew up locally and attended Lower Dauphin High School. After graduating from Penn State University, she left Happy Valley to attend The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, where she graduated with high academic and clinical honors. Dr. O’Neal received additional certification for her concentrated studies in pediatrics and vision therapy. When she’s not at the office, she’s embracing her most important role – being a mom to her two daughters, Heidi and Adalie. Outside of work and motherhood, Dr. O’Neal enjoys listening to classical music and experimenting in the kitchen.

Darcy L. Williams, O.D.

Weber Doctor

Dr. Williams is a native of New Castle, PA where she attended Neshannock High School. After graduating from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science, she attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and received honors for her work in pediatrics. Dr. Williams resides in South Hanover Twp. where she enjoys working in her yard, cooking, and reading. She loves to travel and is always looking for a new adventure and new things to learn. Most of her patients know her to be an avid animal lover. She is also ready to show off pictures of her niece and nephew, Mira and Nick.

Andrea Govelovich, O.D.

Weber Doctor

Dr. Govelovich is a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shippensburg University, followed by her optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She then completed a primary care residency at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Govelovich is dedicated to serving the community and has volunteered with church organizations, SOSH, Vision Resources, and Eyes of Hope. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, attending Broadway musicals and concerts, playing games, and spending time with family and close friends. She believes that kindness matters and strives to bring that philosophy into both her professional and personal life.

Our Story

Did you know that today's Weber Vision Care practice can trace its roots to the 1890s? That's when E.L. Egolf began practicing in Harrisburg at 807 North Third Street. Egolf began selling ready-made eyeglasses that he "positively guaranteed would fit any nose, whether large or small"!

In 1905, Dr. Egolf moved his office to 210 North Third Street, and ventured into "the manufacturing of fine lenses for the wholesale trade throughout this and foreign countries." Right before the First World War, he was practicing optometry again, this time at 302 Market Street.

In 1938, Dr. Martin Weber, who had been practicing as an optometrist for a few years in Harrisburg, joined Dr. Egolf's practice. The Harrisburg Telegraph reported that as of Dr. Weber's joining him, Dr. Egolf had fit 60,000 eyeglasses in his 45 years of practice in Harrisburg! Drs. Weber and Egolf practiced at 213 Market Street in Harrisburg.

Dr. Frank Weber followed in his father's footsteps, graduating from optometry school and beginning practice in Harrisburg. In the 1970s the Webers constucted a new building near the intersection of Colonial Road and Elmerton Avenue, just a stone's throw from the Colonial Park Mall. The new facility boasted the latest in exam room equipment, a modern optical dispensary, and a large lab that generated and cut both glass and plastic lenses.

In 1997, Drs. Williams and Bloom purchased Dr. Webers' practices. Rather than implement wholesale changes, they strived to build on the practices' amazing reputation in Central Pennsylvania; that's why they decided that the practice should remain "Weber." Drs. Williams and Bloom renovated the Elmerton Avenue premises to include a new optical dispensary and more exam rooms.

Weber’s Exclusive One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

FRAMES: If your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions (so this doesn’t include theft, loss, or extreme abuse), we will repair or replace your frames free of charge! Only the first repair or replacement under the one-year Frame Warranty is free; subsequent replacements during the warranty period are at 50% of the retail price of the frame. LENSES: Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. Any lens, however, can scratch or break. If your scratch-resistant lenses scratch or break, we will repair or replace that lens one time free of charge in the original prescription. Subsequent replacements during the warranty period are at 50% of the retail price of the lens. Click here for more information.
Weber’s 15-Day Exchange Privilege

If you decide you don’t like your new frame after all, you can exchange it for any other frame! If the replacement frame costs more than the original, you just pay the difference.

Of course, if we need to put new lenses in the new frames, though, we’ll have to charge you a lab regrinding fee.

Our beautiful optical dispensary has over 1,500 frames on display– more than four times that of the average optometrist or optician’s office. We carry several brands that are exclusive in our area to Weber Vision Care, which means that you won’t run into a dozen people at the grocery store or movie theater that are wearing the same frame as you! Our opticians will help you find the perfect size, shape, color, and style for you.
Weber’s Lowest Price Guarantee

We’re quite serious about providing our patients with the best eyecare and the best value. So, if you find the same frame, priced for less than what you paid at Weber Vision Care, bring in a written quote from that optical shop within fifteen days of your purchase, and we’ll gladly apply the difference to your account.
Weber’s In-House Optical Laboratory

We have our own in-house laboratory with modern, top-of-the-line technology. That allows us the best quality control. For the same reason, we use only the highest quality lenses, coatings, tints, and other products. We offer a full line of specialty materials for high power and hard-to-fit prescriptions. Note that some insurance plans require us to use their specified laboratories; in those instances, we do not have the option to do this work in-house.

Our doctors and optical staff are always available to review your prescription needs if you have any difficulties or questions. We want you to love your eyewear!
