Logan O’Neal, O.D.
Dr. O’Neal grew up locally and attended Lower Dauphin High School. After graduating from Penn State University, she left Happy Valley to attend The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, where she graduated with high academic and clinical honors. Dr. O’Neal received additional certification for her concentrated studies in pediatrics and vision therapy. When she’s not at the office, she’s embracing her most important role – being a mom to her two daughters, Heidi and Adalie. Outside of work and motherhood, Dr. O’Neal enjoys listening to classical music and experimenting in the kitchen.

Darcy L. Williams, O.D.
Dr. Williams is a native of New Castle, PA where she attended Neshannock High School. After graduating from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science, she attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and received honors for her work in pediatrics. Dr. Williams resides in South Hanover Twp. where she enjoys working in her yard, cooking, and reading. She loves to travel and is always looking for a new adventure and new things to learn. Most of her patients know her to be an avid animal lover. She is also ready to show off pictures of her niece and nephew, Mira and Nick.

Andrea Govelovich, O.D.
Dr. Govelovich is a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shippensburg University, followed by her optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She then completed a primary care residency at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Govelovich is dedicated to serving the community and has volunteered with church organizations, SOSH, Vision Resources, and Eyes of Hope. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, attending Broadway musicals and concerts, playing games, and spending time with family and close friends. She believes that kindness matters and strives to bring that philosophy into both her professional and personal life.

Barbara W. Bloom, O.D.
Dr. Bloom is a native of Three Springs in Huntingdon County where she attended Southern Huntingdon County High School. Dr. Bloom graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. She lives in Lower Paxton Township with her husband, Eric. Dr. Bloom has two kids: Zach, a graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV, and Margaret, a student also at WVU.Not unsurprisingly, Dr. Bloom is an avid supporter (and season ticket holder) of the West Virginia Mountaineers football and basketball teams, and an even bigger supporter of the Pride of West Virginia, the Mountaineer Marching Band, where Zach was the Tuba Section Leader and Margaret played the baritone. Dr. Bloom is also a big fan of the South Harrison High School band program in Lost Creek, WV, where Zach is now the Director of Bands. She also roots for the Central Dauphin Ram Band program here in Harrisburg.

Linda Bittman
Linda was born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science at Kean University. She worked at Maidenform for 25 years in Product Development and Corporate Compliance. In 2010, she transitioned to healthcare and became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Linda and her husband Ken moved to Pennsylvania and built a home in 2018. Together they have four sons and five grandchildren. Linda and Ken have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean. She enjoys spending time with their grandchildren, serving at her church, and exploring different places with her friends.

Melissa Ott
Melissa joined the Weber team in 2022, bringing decades of experience in both retail and private practice settings dating back to the early 1990s. She stays current with the latest eyewear trends to help you select frames and lenses that not only complement your personal style but also enhance your vision. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys crafting – creating handmade cards and gifts. She also loves spending time with her rescue pittie, Milo. Whether you have questions or need assistance, feel free to message her or stop by – she’s always happy to help.

Leeann Adams, ABOC
Leeann has been working in the optical field since the early 90’s and earned her certification in 1998. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in both private practice and commercial optical settings. She especially enjoys interacting with patients and helping them select frames that fit both their style and visual needs. Leeann relocated to the area with her husband and children to be closer to the rest of her family. Outside of the office, Leeann enjoys mountain biking and spending quality time with her family.

Melissa Wocniski
Originally from the Scranton area, Melissa began her career in optics in 1997. She graduated from Bishop O’Hara High School, attended East Stroudsburg University, and earned a B.S. in Environmental Science. Melissa’s professional journey took an unexpected turn—from a pharmaceutical lab to an optical lab—and she has remained in the optics field for nearly 30 years. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys lake vacations, shopping, and spending time with her friends and husband of over 25 years. She also loves caring for her dogs and—most of all—spending as much time as possible with her two daughters when they are home from college.

Jena Hommel
Jena, originally from Thompsontown, Juniata County, began her career at Weber Vision Care in 2001. Jena graduated from East Juniata High School and Central Penn College with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Jena’s personal interests have changed a lot over the past few years. She and her husband, Shane, are now raising two children- Eliza and Miles. Whenever she does have free time, she likes to spend it alone . . . shopping!! When you see Jena at the office, more than likely she is wearing her favorite brand of contact lenses, Alcon Dailies Total 1.

Danielle Fuoti
Danielle, a native of Middletown, began her career with Weber Vision Care in 2005. Before becoming an optometric technician, she started working in the optical industry in 2002 as an optician locally and also while living in Australia in 2004. Danielle loves spending time with her family and friends, attending church, and especially enjoys quality time with her two daughters, Bella and Sophia. She also enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and kayaking, gardening, cooking, nutrition, and healthy eating, working out, music, and photography. When asked about her favorite line at Weber Vision Care, Danielle says, “It’s hard to choose just one. A few of my favorites include Lindberg and Derapage – which I love for their handmade quality, unique style, and lasting durability. And I also love Wiley X for their safety and durability.”

Kylie Wertz
Originally from Bedford, PA, Kylie moved to the area in 2020 to start a family. After working in home health care and the banking industry, she joined the Weber team to fulfill her desire for an intriguing career path. Wearing glasses since childhood sparked her interest into learning more about eyes. Kylie loves getting to know patients and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere during the pre-screening process. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Kylie spending time with family, enjoying a matcha latte at a coffee shop, and exploring nature as a dog mom.

Laura Reich
Originally from Winfield, PA, Laura is a graduate of HACC with an Associate Degree in Graphic Design. Her smile is the first of many you will see when entering our practice. That smile comes naturally – especially as she looks forward to her upcoming wedding. In her free time, Laura enjoys the outdoors through gardening, hiking, and golfing. You can also find her cooking, watching movies, taking on DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite frame line is STATE, as it was the very first pair of glasses she ever owned. Laura’s favorite part of working at Weber Vision Care is interacting with patients and assisting them in any way she can.

Jennifer Shutt
Jennifer is from the Harrisburg area. She began her career in the eye industry in 1999. Over the years, she has gained experience as a billing specialist, technician, optician, and receptionist. Jennifer enjoys interacting with patients to make their experience positively unforgettable! Her favorite frames are from the Erkers collection, but you’ll catch her wearing her favorite Acuvue Oasys contact lenses most of the time. When she’s not greeting you with a smile at the front desk, she is likely spending time with her son and family, cooking, or watching a movie.
