Barbara W. Bloom, OD
Dr. Bloom is a native of Three Springs in Huntingdon County
where she attended Southern Huntingdon County High School. Dr. Bloom
graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster and the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.
She lives in Harrisburg's Lower Paxton Township with her husband,
Eric, and her children, Zach and Margaret. Among her many
avocations is listening to the music of the various school bands in
the Central Dauphin
school district, especially those from Linglestown Middle
School and Central Dauphin High School. She's also been known to check
out the CD Ram Band website at
www.cdramband.org.

Dr. Bloom
Darcy L. Williams,
OD
Dr. Williams is a native Pennsylvanian, born in New Castle where
she graduated from Neshannock High School. After graduating from Ohio
Northern University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration
and working for a year in management, she attended the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry and received her Doctor Optometry with honors for
her work in the pediatrics.
"Dr. Darcy" resides in Hummelstown where she loves to garden, cook,
listen to Cajun music, practice yoga, and ride her bicycle. She is
a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral and enjoys karaoke and
traveling whenever possible.

Emily Ciccocioppo
Emily, who lives in Perry County, has been
with Weber Vision Care since 2002. A Susquenita High
School graduate, Emily has worked in the past as a floral designer. Emily
is back working part time after the birth of her son in spring of
2006. Emily, husband Clint, and baby Ryan are all doing fine!

Ellie Heinly
Ellie,
who lives in New Cumberland with her two daughters, has been
with Weber Vision Care since 2004. Ellie began working as an
optician with a large national chain. Ellie's favorite pastime
is spending time with her kids and cheering on the Hershey Bears,
especially in 2006, when they won their ninth Calder Cup (not that
she's counting).

Tina Keller
Tina,
from Mechanicsburg, has been
with Weber Vision Care since 2006. Tina, who has three beautiful
daughters, Karissa, Sarah and Bella, loves road trips, loud music,
and photography. She just published her first photo journal.

Gerry Louden
Gerry has been an optician for over forty five years, and has
worked in the optical laboratory for Weber Vision Care and its
affiliated organizations since 1965. Over that time,
Gerry has been responsible for ordering, grinding, finishing and
edging lenses for tens of thousands of central Pennsylvania eyes.
If you see Gerry on the street, you should thank him for actually
being able to see him on the street.

Jena Hommel,
Optometric Technician
Jena, originally from Thompsontown, Juniata County, has been
with Weber Vision Care since 2001. Jena graduated from East
Juniata High School and Central Penn College with a bachelor's
degree in Healthcare Administration. Jena's personal interests
include tending to a pet chinchilla and working as a dance
instructor. We don't know if the chinchilla can dance.

Deb Lowe, Office Manager
Deb started her employment as Office Manager for Weber Vision
Care in 2001. According to Deb, "I am here to assist all our
patients with insurance and billing issues. Outside of Weber Vision
Care I enjoy spending time with my daughter, 3 grandchildren, Squib
and Smokey (my dog and cat!). I also am partial to Tree Frogs!"
To our knowledge, though, Deb's partiality to that amphibious
creature has not led to the
introduction of any tree frog species to the Weber Vision Care
offices.

Jane Shiley, Payments
Jane has been with Weber Vision Care since 1988. Jane
works with you if you have any questions about your billing or
insurance coverage. Jane has lived in several different
states, including ten years in Arizona. We must be doing okay,
since she's stayed here since 1988.

Amy Smith, Appointments
Amy has been with Weber Vision Care since 2004. Amy is
responsible managing Weber Vision Care's appointment schedule and
likely owns that friendly voice calling to remind you that you're
soon due for your eye exam. Amy, who lives in Grantville with
her three children, likes the Hershey Bears and chocolate,
though not necessarily in that order.
