Meet Our Staff – Eldines

Eldines has been with Weber Vision Care since October 2019. She is both a medical billing specialist and front desk receptionist. With 5 years of medical billing experience, Eldines loves solving insurance and billing problems. She thinks of it as a mystery or puzzle that she figures out behind the scenes. Although Eldines is new to the world of optometry, she quickly picked up the terminology and enjoys learning about different eye conditions.
One of her favorite parts of the job is interacting with patients. You might get a call from her regarding your insurance or you might just see her smiling face (behind the mask) greeting you at the front desk. She also loves the atmosphere among the staff in the office – “We’re all a family here.”
If you see Eldines, you can be sure she’s rocking her bold, red Lulu Guinness glasses. They match her personality perfectly! When she’s not in the office, she likes spending time with her daughter, Raelynn, and boyfriend, Kiefer. As an avid tv binge-watcher, there aren’t many tv shows Eldines hasn’t heard of or seen! Somehow she still has enough time to get outside to hike and go to the shooting range.
