Meet Our Staff – Mandy

​Meet Mandy Loncar – one of Weber Vision Care’s optometric technicians.

It all started in 2006 when Mandy began working at the front desk of Weber Vision Care on Elmerton Ave. She left for a short time, but couldn’t resist returning to Weber Vision Care in 2017. We are so very happy to have her back at the office and this time as a technician. You still might see Mandy working the front desk or answering the phones too!

Mandy’s favorite part of the job is being surrounded by her fellow “Weber Family” co-workers. As a self-proclaimed people person, she also enjoys interacting with patients because each person is unique with a different story. Although she gets squeamish with ooey gooey gross stuff (in her terms), Mandy loves learning the medical reasoning behind the eye conditions and injuries she regularly sees.

Be sure to compliment her new Vera Bradley® glasses next time you’re in the office. However, if you see Mandy without glasses, you can be certain she is wearing a pair of daily disposable contacts, either MyDay® or Dailies Total 1®.

When Mandy isn’t at WVC, she is usually spending time with her family. She is a big movie buff and has even been overhead saying “music is part of my soul.” Mandy loves snacks and is the #1 fan of our monthly birthday cake celebrations. She fits right in with the rest of us!
